DEWA enhances the capabilities of Emirati employees to shape the future & keep pace with rapid changes

The total number of Emirati employees is more than 3,388 employees in different specialisations and positions. This includes 1,889 employees in technical jobs; 587 of them are Emirati female engineers, supporting women empowerment in the UAE.
