ADIB Strengthens Emiratisation Efforts With Appointment Of New Head Of Human Resources For The UAE

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a leading financial institution, today announced the appointment of Bushra al Shehhi, a UAE National, as the new Head of Human Resources for the UAE.

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a leading financial institution, today announced the appointment of Bushra al Shehhi, a UAE National, as the new Head of Human Resources for the UAE. In her new role, Bushra will be championing strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent while elevating the bank’s progressive Emiratisation initiatives. The appointment comes in line with ADIB’s ongoing commitment to empower Emirati women, as well as grow and develop its local workforce.

Bushra has more than 18 years of experience working across the public and private sectors. She re-joined ADIB in 2018 as the Head of Recruitment and Emiratisation where she helped advance the bank’s Emiratisation efforts, providing UAE nationals with the tools and skills to flourish within the financial services industry. Bushra completed her post graduate qualification in Human Resource Management from New York Institute of Technology and earned her CIPD-CPP qualification from Bradfield Institute.
