We have witnessed the success of our second participation in attracting Emirati talents. We received employees with experience in construction, reconstruction and shopping centres, in addition to university students and graduates.
We are an Emirati-founded firm and we thank Ru’ya for giving us the opportunity to grow our talent pool and employ more Emiratis into our workforce.
This is my first visit to the exhibition, and I would like to thank the organizers for the wonderful organization. Today, I applied for several opportunities and had few interviews with leading companies in the UAE such as Emirates Airlines.

My experience was really good, I visited Ru’ya over several days, and was impressed by the great diversity of participating companies and the ease of applying for jobs.

I have been to many job fairs, but Ru’ya was the best event in terms of organisations and the diversity of participating companies. I heard about Ru’ya from social media, and I did not want to miss the opportunity to attend.
