We are committed to promoting sustainability at Ru’ya. To support this effort, we encourage all participating exhibitors to adhere to the following guidelines:

Choose durable, reusable materials over single-use items.

Cut Down on Paper

Use digital screens or tablets for information. Share brochures and business cards via QR codes or email.

Eco-Friendly Giveaways

Choose sustainable giveaways and source your gifts and materials from local suppliers to reduce transportation emissions and support local businesses. You can choose products that have eco-friendly certifications.

Reuse

Reusable Materials

Use materials that can be reused for future events.

Sustainable Transport

Provide clear transport instructions and maps. Encourage carpooling or public transport for staff and visitors while promoting Ru’ya 2026 to your audience.

Recycle

Recycling Practices

Use at the venue the recycling bins for paper, plastic, and other recyclables.
