A JOURNEY LIKE NO OTHER

More than a recruitment fair, we’ve created a journey to help today’s youth find their way in the new world of work. The event was a modern hub of inspiration and empowerment filled with stirring discussions, live performances, interactive workshops and other great immersive experiences.

The event took place across three themed zones filled with inspiring experiences in a highly creative environment.

1. Dare to Begin

Life is all about exploring, and we have created this zone to help youth explore and discover themselves in personal and professional life through fun and stimulating activities.

The Inner Light - Not your ordinary coach

A unique experience of empowering coaching delivered high above the ground.

Valuable interactive Workshops

Including producing a vision board, writing a personal mission statement, CV building and nailing the interview.

Go First with Roll DXB

Encouraging visitors to step out of their comfort zone and try something new.

Urbaneer

Stimulating talks and discussions by inspiring game changers that stood-out from the norm and created their own path. Speakers included the first Emirati female mechanic Huda Matroushi, Dubai Police K9 Team, speakers from the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre and many more.

2. Dare to be Fearless

A place to be empowered, make big bets and be bold. Out visitors stepped out of their comfort zone, experienced new things and overcame their fears by taking part in exciting activities and hearing inspiring stories

3. Dare to Shine

Series of activities to get ready for a brighter future with interactive experiences that helped our visitors reflect, grow and become the best version of themselves.
